All Purchases Are Final: Terms and Conditions

1. General Policy

All purchases made for tickets, merchandise, and booth space are final. This policy ensures a consistent and fair approach for all customers and participants. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Tickets

2.1. No Refunds

All ticket sales are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, general admission tickets, VIP tickets, and special event tickets.

2.2. Transfers

Ticket transfers may be allowed under certain conditions, subject to approval. Any transfer requests must be made in writing to the event organizers at least 7 days prior to the event date.

2.3. Event Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation by the organizers, the event will be rescheduled. However, no refunds will be provided for cancellations due to acts of nature or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizers.

3. Merchandise

3.1. No Returns or Exchanges

All merchandise sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, accessories, and memorabilia.

3.2. Defective Items

If merchandise is received defective, customers must notify the seller within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement. Replacements will be issued at the discretion of the seller.

3.3. Custom Orders

Custom orders, including personalized items, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

4. Booth Space

4.1. Reservation and Payment

All booth space reservations are final upon payment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

4.2. Transfers and Subletting

Booth space may not be transferred or sublet to another vendor without the express written permission of the organizers.

4.3. Event Cancellations

In the event of an event cancellation by the organizers, the event will be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to acts of nature or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizers.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
