Rare Evo is a blockchain conference, gathering the greatest minds and projects of various blockchain networks under one roof for a weekend of education, celebration, and networking. The mission from Rare Evo is to curate a hybrid experience of the best blockchain events the industry has known to grow and love, into a single unique, yet annual convention. Ultimately, our goal after two days of speakers, panels, exhibition, and entertainment, is that our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors extract value from the experience to better their business.

The convention will take place on Aug. 15th-Aug. 18th 2024. Thursday the 15th will consist of exhibitor build out in our expo hall during the afternoon, while hosting a pre-event party (accessible to only VIP ticket holders, Exhibitors, and Sponsors) in the evening. Friday (16th) and Saturday (17th) will be two full days of keynote speeches, panels, workshops, expo, and entertainment.

The event will be hosted at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas featuring over nine restaurants, a spa, seven pools and an amazing Casino experience. It is located at 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Paradise, NV 89109. Hotel room bookings for Caesars Palace can be purchased at a discounted rate. (Link Coming Soon)

The Rare Evo founding team, also known as Rare Network, shares decades worth of technology and event production experience. Originally, the company created the Rare stake pool in order to get further involved in a blockchain network and begin marketing ourselves. From there, we developed our brand identity and pool's general purpose forming a first-mover blockchain community event. After two successful events with top down support from various leaders in the blockchain industry, Rare Network has grown from a single stake pool, to an event production company as well as a partner network.

We will announce our pre-registration (occurring the 15th) times as we near the event. During the days of the convention (Friday & Saturday), registration begins at 8:30am, while doors open at 9:30 a.m. Upon registration, you’ll provide your QR code for scan followed by receiving your ticket's corresponding lanyard. Keep this lanyard on for the entirety of the conference please. If you lose your lanyard, then you’ll be required to purchase another ticket in order to enter. Security will be checking VIP lanyards to grant access to areas only intended for VIP ticket purchasers, speakers, and special guests.

Rare Evo is by no means a maximalist event for a particular blockchain. We strive to bridge gaps between blockchains and the projects and communities that follow. We are forever evolving in a multi-chain direction and advocating for interoperability early on throughout the space.

Refunds are not available, but reselling of the QR code is permitted allowing for entry for the new owner. These are peer to peer manual deals without our involvement or control and we are not responsible for any risk or losses involved. If you do sell your ticket, then the new owner can e-mail us and provide the team with updated personal information.

Additionally the NFT tickets can be freely traded on the secondary market. Please use caution when purchasing on the secondary market and ensure the NFT still has a ticket to claim. We are not responsible for any risk or losses involved.

The VIP pass will allow passholders to skip the line for entry by having a dedicated registration booth, premium seating for the speaking stages, breakfast, lunch, special merch pack, exclusive Rare Perks lanyard. Additionally VIP holders are able to join us Thurs. night for an exclusive pre-party including all exhibitors and sponsors at the Caesars Palace pool. Open bar and hor d'oeuvres will be served.
